"Having lived in McDonough for over 40 years and done business with Billy and his father for many of them, I was aware of the excellent service and friendly, family atmosphere at East 81 Automotive. When an out-of-town guest found that on the morning of her departure, her car was dead, I immediately called East 81. Despite their busy schedule, they said that if we could get it there, they would squeeze us in to diagnose the car. We were able to jump start it but when Billy investigated he found that both the alternator and the battery, installed only a few weeks before in FL, were bad. Then, to our astonishment, he offered to call the mechanic who had done the work, which he did and arranged for the expenses to be covered for new parts, including a superior alternator. He then located the needed parts in Riverdale, had them sent here and by 4:00 that afternoon, a very grateful lady was on her way. All this was done with clear and cogent communication and the utmost efficiency and good cheer. Five stars are not enough to reflect our estimation of the service at East 81. I would rate it Five Stars +++!"

"Took my 2021 HONDA Civic for an oil change today.  The staff was very professional and courteous.  They were extremely dilligent with their work and to my amazement, they even adjusted the metal plate under my car. I highly recommend this shop and I will no longer bring my car back to the dealership and wait over 2.5 hours for an oil change.  Thank you!"
